With more than 25 years’ experience in the accounting industry, Fiona is able to promptly address and respond to any and all client queries. She provides a superior service in all aspects of accounting and tax.
Prior to setting up her own business Fiona worked in a number of boutique accounting firms in Brisbane and Central Queensland. She also has a unique insight into the day-to-day operations of a small business, having worked as the Principal Accountant for an electrical contracting firm on Brisbane's Northside.
Fiona has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Outside of work, Fiona likes to do Martial Arts, jigsaw puzzles and spend time with her family.
Clair joined O'Neills in February 2016 having had a long history in administration across a broad range of sectors. She has brought to the role superior communication skills and a customer service focus which proves invaluable in her ongoing client contact role.
Stacey joined O’Neills in February 2013 initially to ease the administration. load previous and also to support the accounting staff. However her role has grown and changed significantly over the years. Stacey is the person that will save your MYOB file and check that it opens when it comes in. She is also the person who goes through all the paperwork clients submit whether electronically or in paper format and puts it in an order for the professional staff to complete their work. When she is not doing this, she works on Xero bookkeeping for some of our business clients. Stacey has become so proficient in Xero that she will answer many of the questions clients call in with in relation to processing of transactions in Xero.
